100 board- amazon.com; tray and containers-The Container Store
Magnetic board and Russian alphabet. Got the containers at the Container store
Looks a little boring, but good fine motor practice and one of Sophia's favorite activities. I am looking for little flowers or something pretty to stick into the holes.

Hole punching. Right now random to practice, but pretty soon it'll be purposeful following a specific pattern.
Push pins
Martha, our Montessori mentor
Cleaning caddy and apron for chores
Practicing cutting. Love these little toddles scissors, and Sophia does too! Following the lines is not working out just yet, but we'll get there.
Practicing order, screwing the lids off and on.
Beads and a pipe cleaner, quite challenging for tiny little hands. Sophia is just now mastering it.
Can't wait to try this with her! Peanuts for snack time at the same time working on screwing/unscrewing the nutcracker and cleaning up the mess.
Working on a few numbers at a time.
Beads and rings- love this activity because it teaches the concept of quantity rather than just memorizing the numbers.
Geo shapes, not doing it very often just yet.
Punching with a push pin, shapes
A fun game learning phonetic sounds.
A couple of years from now.
Sophia decided that this car should have legs. Mommy has done quite a bit of prep work, she enjoyed the toothpicks part.
Coloring, pouring and transfering water. Scrwewing and unscrewing lids
Not Montessori, but a fun play dough activity
Punching out shapes and letters with a push pin, haven't started yet
Transfer work with tongs
Collage, working with glue
